Midwest Supplies Cider Essentials Kit

Midwest Supplies is a great resource for home brewers and cider makers alike, this kit has pretty much everything you need to get started on a 5 gallon batch of “real cider”.  i would add a few more things to my cart – Campden Tablets or potassium metabisulfate powder, aka k-meta) and pectic enzyme powder  (aka pectinase). Their directions involve boiling sweet cider, i usually go the k-meta/pectinase route to avoid potential haze and not use finings..

From their site:

The Cider Essentials Equipment Kit is an economical way to start making hard cider at home. It provides all of the basic fermentation and testing equipment required to make your first hard cider as well as step-by-step instructions. If you decide this hobby is for you, additional items such as a 5 gallon carboy can be added to expand your cider equipment. In addition to this equipment kit you’ll need bottles and sweet cider. If you want to expand your setup immediately, check out our other equipment kits and our upgrade options!
